Warranty : 

All our products are made with high quality standards. Naturmania inc. is commited to repair or replace, free of charge, all products with material or workmanship defect. Warranty does not apply on dammages caused by abusive or inappropriate use, wear and tear, wrong warehousing, bad care or accidental breaking.

Before returning a defective product, you must contact our customer service department that will give you a return number after you supply your invoice number.

Your original invoice and the completed « Return, Exchange and Repair Form » must come with the defective product. By respect to the person in charge of your request, please make sure the product is clean before you send it by post.

Product return :

All our products offered on line are exchangeable or refundable, as long as they are in perfect condition, ready for resell, have not been worn or washed, and are not liquidated products. Note that the products that are liquidated are final sales, and therefor not refundable.

For an exchange or a refund, you must, in the 14 days following the shipped date, return the article without having removed the original stickers, in his initial packaging, with all the included documents. Your package must include a copy of the invoice (with order number) and the completed « Return, Exchange and Repair Form ».

Please note that delivery charges that could have been invoiced with your buying will not be refunded.

Return from Canada :

All products returned must be shipped by Canada Post, regular service, prepaid and insured. Insuring your package will allow you to make a follow up with Canada Post in case of a loss. To avoid delays, please add the note « Merchandise return » on the packaging. Please note that no collect delivery will be accepted.

We will not accept any collect return. 

Return from out of Canada :

All returned parcel must be shipped by regular mail service prepaid and insured. Avoid any delays by indicating : ‘’Canadian merchandise return’’ on the package. Do not return the parcel by freight company because, in that case, customs charges will be added on and your shipment will be refused.

We will not accept any collect return. 

Finally, Naturmania inc. keeps the rights to refuse the refund or the exchange of any products if all the requests written above are not respected.
